FREE RETURNS including FREE Returns Postage with our 60 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE

We have a 60-day FREE returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Free Returns at the Artist Brush Boutique means that we will NOT charge you for returns postage and we will send you a postage label to place on your returns package to cover all postage costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@artistsbrushboutique.co.uk and we will send you free returns label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Artists Brush Boutique Ltd, Unit 7  Zone A , Chelmsford Road Industrial estate, Chelmsford Road, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1HD. This address will be included on the Returns Postage Label we send you.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label which will cover the cost of postage, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
